The Royal Haunt Cocktail is a play on the classic Manhattan with a haunted Halloween twist. Cassis liqueur is used to add a bit of royal, or blood, color. A few dashes of walnut bitters round out the flavor profile for a simple and well-balanced cocktail.

Ingredient Breakdown
Cassis Liquor – Cassis liqueur, or Créme de Cassis, a bittersweet liqueur with a dark berry flavor made of black currants. The award-winning Montbisou Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur made in Saintonge, France uses the very best black currants.
Black Walnut Bitters – Rich and nutty bitters with hints of allspice that add subtle smoothness and depth to your cocktails.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Cassis Liquor Montbisou preferred
- 3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
- 1 Maraschino Cherry Luxardo
- 1 cube Dry ice For garnish
Instructions
- Place maraschino cherry at the bottom of your serving glass.
- Add Bourbon and Cassis to a shaker.
- Add 4-6 cubes of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a coupe glass and add a small dry ice cube for garnish and effect. Serve.
