Come Inside Our Epic Tiny Home

Welcome to the inside of our tiny house! Let’s take a look at some of the many custom features we have built into this incredible space.

We knew there had to be some sacrifices made living in a tiny home, but these tiny home perks make us feel like we haven’t sacrificed much.

Some of the Cool Features Include

  • Beautiful stained cedar shiplap exterior paneling.
  • The custom utility box we built for storage and propane holding.
  • Wheel well storage.
  • Custom hardwood floor.
  • Stairs and storage. (including bike storage)
  • Two lofts.
  • The kitchen!
  • Sliding bathroom door.
  • Bathroom
    • Shower, urinal, and composting toilet, Whisper Value fan, etc.
  • Electrical plugs.
  • Windows, windows, windows! (Eight of them to be exact)

Each tiny house on wheels tends to be unique to its owners. We took things that we knew were important to us, like showering together and multi-functional space in the kitchen, and made sure to include those things in the design. In future posts, we will go more in-depth into these unique amenities and hope you enjoy learning about the ins and outs of our new tiny house!

I write about the things I actually spend my time on: home projects that never go as planned, food worth traveling for, and figuring out which plants will survive my Northern California garden. When I'm not writing, I'm probably on a paddle board (I race competitively), exploring a new city for the food scene, or reminding people that I've raced both camels and ostriches and won both. All true. MK Library is where I share what I've learned the hard way, from real costs and real mistakes to the occasional thing that actually worked on the first try. Full Bio.

If you buy something from a MK Library link, I may earn a commission.
