Viniteau’s Balsamic Vinegar Bordolese is a wonderful, everyday vinegar with its sweet and tangy flavour. It’s great to finish soups and sauces; add in braised dishes; reduce to balsamic syrup and drizzle over a scoop of vanilla ice cream; marinate meat and tofu and large portabella mushrooms; and, add in soda and cocktails. In cocktails, mix the balsamic vinegar with liquors like bourbon and rye, as in Fig Old-Fashioned!
