All of our Pacifica Culinaria Red Balsamic Vinegars of Modena start with Trebbiano, Lambrusco, and Sangiovese grapes to an exact method. We select and blend different lots, which have been aged (10+ years) in wood from top producers in Italy using the Traditional Old World Solera Method to achieve the balance of viscosity, acidity, and sweetness our customers love. No added caramels, flavors, or preservatives.
