SHARPENER FEATURES There are Two sharpening modes a coarse sharpener for blunt knives to be used every 6 months or so and a fine sharpener for regular use and maintenance of sharp blades. It is extremely safe and comfortable to use, with an ergonomically designed soft-grip handle suitable for both right and left handers and non-skid feet. It can be used for all stainless steel knives except the serrated bread knife and comes with knife sharpening guide.
